Radon Mitigation York is a PA DEP-certified radon mitigation firm (PA DEP Cert #3241) at 805 E Prospect St, York, PA 17403. Our own crew tests, installs and services every system. Four steps take you from a radon number to a tested, labeled system.
First call to follow-up test
From Your Radon Result to a Working System
You call or send the form, we inspect and price the job in writing, our crew installs the system, and a follow-up test proves it worked.
- 1
Step 1: Call or Send the Form
Give us your name, phone number, ZIP code and latest radon test result, or call us. No test yet? We can run one first.
- 2
Step 2: On-Site Inspection and Written Estimate
Our certified crew inspects the slab, sump, walls, crawl space and pipe routes, runs a communication test where needed, and puts the system design and price in writing.
- 3
Step 3: Our Crew Installs the System
We seal the openings, cut the suction point, run the vent pipe and mount the fan, built to PA DEP rules and ANSI/AARST standards. Most York homes finish in 1 day.
- 4
Step 4: Post-Mitigation Radon Test
Once the fan has run at least 24 hours, a follow-up radon test records your new level, and the system is labeled with a manometer you can check yourself.
What we install
How a Radon Mitigation System Works
Most York County homes get active sub-slab depressurization. Our crew cuts a suction point through the basement slab and runs a sealed pipe to a fan, which pulls radon from the soil and vents it above the roofline before it can enter your rooms.
No surprises
What You Get in Writing
